Richard Coore, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Richard brings over 15 years of leadership experience in security operations, project management, and marketing. He leverages a versatile skill set in human resources, finance, and organizational development to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compliance in the security industry. Before establishing Arculus Global Security, he served in executive leadership positions, overseeing large-scale operational frameworks, supervising cross-functional teams, and cultivating key stakeholder relationships. Richard sharpened his strategic and analytical foundation at PwC for prominent global clients, facilitating cross-functional audits and advising on risk mitigation. His expertise was further refined in Atlanta at a regional governmental agency, where he evaluated high-value RFPs, developed policies aligned with federal guidelines, and promoted multi-agency collaboration. In a philanthropic role, Richard directed award-winning community campaigns, managed large volunteer teams, and forged government partnerships. His proven ability to drive operational excellence, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and implement innovative solutions places him at the forefront of security, consulting, and organizational development.
Kurt G. Bratlie, CPP, CPD
Director, Security Operations
Kurt G. Bratlie, CPP, CPD brings over three decades of experience in corporate security, counterterrorism, and law enforcement. A veteran of the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps, he honed his investigative expertise as a Federal Criminal Investigation Division (CID) Special Agent, later safeguarding civilian aviation as a Federal Air Marshal. Renowned for his proficiency in protective services, threat assessments, and crisis management, Mr. Bratlie integrates military, law enforcement, and diplomatic strategies to deliver comprehensive security solutions. As a Certified Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) professional, he collaborates with architects and construction teams to embed robust security measures into facility designs. He also holds the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) credential from ASIS International—underscoring his skill in crisis response, hostage negotiation, and business continuity planning. By staying at the forefront of industry standards and emerging threats, Mr. Bratlie remains a trusted advisor and leader in physical security.
Rajan Sara, Ph.D.
Chief Security Consultant
With nearly four decades of global leadership in security, finance, and risk management, Dr. Rajan Sara has driven major organizational transformations. As Managing Director at Group 4/Securitas SA (Brussels), he served as Vice President of European Operations and joined the European Executive Management Board—overseeing security initiatives and business continuity across multiple countries. He also led acquisitions, mergers, and integration for Group 4 Securitas International BV, while establishing successful joint ventures and greenfield operations. A former Deloitte Touche Ross Tohmatsu advisor and Six Sigma champion at Johnson Controls, Dr. Sara is now Managing Director of Suriya Management Services Limited (UK). He holds a DBA from the International School of Management (Paris), an MBus in Accounting & Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney, and the Advanced Management Certificate from St. John’s University—reinforcing his multicultural outlook and proven expertise in global security and corporate governance.
